Shipping Policy

PROCESSING - Our normal processing time for all orders is 3 to 7 days. While we try to process all orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that your package will ship the same day. We hope that you understand this and if you do have an emergency, please contact us to ensure we can process your order in the time frame required. We reserve the right to change the method of shipping to complete all transactions as smoothly as possible.

We ship via USPS First class and Priority mail to any continental U.S. destination. We do ship to FPO and APO addresses via priority mail.  Some shipments may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

Customers should include their name, address, phone number/fax number and e-mail address when placing there orders. Let us know if the address is a residence or business address to ensure packages effectively reach there final destination on time. Failure to provide us with your phone number may cause delays with your shipment if the carrier is unable to reach you by phone.

We will provide a shipment confirmation e-mail once your package has shipped.

Please allow an additional 7 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by money order. To order by money order, just email us what items you would like then mail the request with the money order to:

Return Policy

Shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please file a claim with the carrier for any loss or damage to the item.

We will gladly accept returns if you are not happy, however, there is a 15% restocking fee that will be assessed. Customer is responsible for shipping with a carrier capable of providing proof of delivery for return shipment.

No return will be accepted without prior authorization, you must contact us first.

Items must be returned within seven days of receipt. No returns will be accepted beyond that period.

We do not refund shipping costs.

Returned merchandise must be in the same new unused condition (no rank or crest device holes) in the original packing as when shipped. If it is not in the same condition we will not accept the return.

Credit card purchases will be refunded within 48 to 72 hours and money order purchases will be refunded within 7 to 10 days from the day that we receive the returned product.
